When shopping for toys the themed toys with the biggest graphics and packaging are appealing. But I'm in the camp "less is more." Messy play encourages a child's imagination and fine-motor skill. It is key to sensory integration and is a great way to spend the afternoon, especially in winter months. Do you have any other messy play suggestions?

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on this! I 've noticed an evolution at your site with more "picks" --- you have a great eye! I've just learned about AltSummit this year (I haven't been blogging, yet, for a year) but understand that it's really the "it" event!
ReplyDeleteI've noticed the shift in the blog too! its been pretty natural, whatever I'm thinking about that week i end up blogging on. I haven't attended an alt summit yet (or any blog conference for that matter) but I'd like to!
